How the strike works

Connect your wallet.
Name the token and set its symbol, decimals, and supply.
Choose which authorities to revoke — each one becomes a struck hallmark.
Review the costs: every fee itemized, line by line.
Sign once. The token, its metadata, the full supply in your wallet, and the revocations settle in a single atomic transaction.

Revoking authorities

Supply fixed (mint authority revoked) means no one — including you — can ever mint more. Unfreezable (freeze authority revoked) means no one can freeze holders' accounts, and it's required by most liquidity pools. Both are permanent, and both are what serious buyers check first.

What it costs

Creation 0.2 SOL · each revocation 0.1 SOL · network rent ≈ 0.009 SOL

The fee settles in the same transaction as the token. If the transaction fails, nothing is charged — atomicity is the refund policy.

What you need

A Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack) holding enough SOL for the fee and rent — no account here, no code, no development environment. A square logo image is optional; if you add one, it's hosted for you and written into the token's on-chain metadata.

Launching a meme coin?

A meme coin is an SPL token — this is the bench that makes one. What separates the memes that trade from the ones that die is trust mechanics, not the joke: fix the supply, revoke freeze, open a liquidity pool, and burn the LP so the community can verify nobody can pull it. Unlike launchpad bonding curves, the pool is yours and the token carries your hallmarks from day one.

Need a transfer tax?

A classic SPL token struck here is what wallets and exchanges expect — the default choice. If you want a fee collected on every transfer (a tax token), strike it at the tax token bench instead: that uses the Token-2022 program, where the tax is enforced by the token program itself.

After the strike

A token without a market is a certificate without a counter. Open a Raydium liquidity pool so it can trade, hand your community the forge certificate so they can verify every guarantee live from the chain, and airdrop the first allocations. If you burned the LP, the Crucible proves it forever.
