Terms of service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
What this service is
SolForger is a set of non-custodial tools for creating and managing tokens on the Solana blockchain. Every action is a transaction that you construct here and sign in your own wallet. We never hold your funds, tokens, or keys, and we cannot move anything on your behalf.
SolForger is a developer platform — software that prepares instructions for Solana's public, audited programs. It is not a financial service of any kind: we are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, or investment adviser, we do not issue or sell securities or investment products, and nothing on this site constitutes financial advice.
Transactions are final
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed — by you, by us, or by anyone. Actions marked permanent (revoking authorities, burning tokens or liquidity, locking metadata) are permanent forever. Our fees settle inside the same transaction as the action itself: if the transaction fails, nothing happens and nothing is charged; if it succeeds, the fee is part of what you signed. There are no refunds, because there is nothing to refund from — atomicity is the refund policy.
Fees
Every fee is itemized on the signing screen before you approve, and every fee this
service collects goes to one published wallet:
7McnnFCgYu6Guagvqs9S3f86gs8GUPC5sZnm9aWVkAhi. Network fees and rent are set by Solana,
not by us, and are shown as estimates.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the tokens you create, distribute, or manage with these tools, including their compliance with the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you.
- You must not use the service for fraud, market manipulation, or to deceive buyers — including misrepresenting a token's properties or your intentions.
- You are responsible for your wallet security. Verify every transaction in your wallet before signing.
- You confirm you are of legal age and not barred from using blockchain services where you live.
If your work here causes a claim
The tools are yours to operate, and the tokens you strike with them are yours. If someone brings a claim, demand, or proceeding against SolForger arising out of what you did here — the tokens you created, distributed, or managed, how you represented them, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right — you agree to defend and indemnify us, and to cover the resulting losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs.
In return: we will tell you promptly about any such claim, give you the chance to take over its defence, and will not settle it in a way that binds you without your agreement. This survives your stopping use of the service.
No liability — this is a non-custodial platform
SolForger never takes custody of your funds, tokens, or keys, and can never move anything on your behalf. Every transaction is assembled in your browser, shown to you by your own wallet, and signed by you. We hold nothing, control nothing, and can reverse nothing.
SolForger accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of these tools.
So far as the law allows, that covers lost or inaccessible funds and tokens, irreversible transactions, mistaken addresses or amounts, revoked authorities, burned supply or liquidity, frozen or non-tradable tokens, market and price movements, taxes, failed or stuck transactions, and the behaviour of wallet software, browser extensions, RPC providers, DEXes, liquidity venues, or any other third party — whether the loss is direct or indirect, including lost profits.
Everything you do here is your responsibility: what you create, what you sign, what you revoke, what you burn, who you send to, how you represent your token, and whether any of it is lawful where you live. Verify every transaction in your wallet before approving it — that screen, not this site, is the last thing standing between you and an irreversible action.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited in aggregate to the total fees you paid to use the service in the three months before the claim arose.
What we don't promise
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from network conditions, wallet software, third-party services (RPC providers, DEX routing, liquidity venues), price movements, or your own transactions. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token creation does not imply endorsement — a forge certificate reports on-chain facts and nothing more.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be visible on this page before they take effect.
